Requirements

Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Perform administrative duties
High level of organization
Data collection and reporting
Experience working with EMR (Nextech experience is a plus)
Case management experience is preferred but not required
Candidates with medical background/experience are preferred, no licensing or degree required
Customer service and phone etiquette
Spanish/ English bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

Screening calls and website lead requests for the different reconstructive surgery programs.
Providing individuals with information regarding services at The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction.
Creating new patient profiles into EMR including demographic, insurance, and medical/surgical history.
Collect and process medical records to present to the clinical team for review.
Collaborating with staff in coordinating virtual consults and scheduling new patients.
