Education and Training

Dr. Rozenberg earned her Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY in May 2020. She completed her residency in General Surgery at the Alpert Medical School at Brown University in Providence, RI, finishing in July 2025, and went on to a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at the Alpert Medical School at Brown University, which she began in August 2025. She is an active clinical researcher with peer-reviewed publications spanning breast surgical oncology, surgical education, and surgical care for underserved patients — including a critical analysis of accessibility and content across SSO-approved breast surgical oncology fellowship websites (Journal of Surgical Education, 2026), a novel surgical intern wellness initiative built on longitudinal reflective writing (Journal of Surgical Education, 2023), and a surgical perspective on providing appropriate pancreatic cancer care for people experiencing homelessness (American Society of Clinical Oncology Educational Book, 2021). Her recent breast cancer research examines the implications of the SOUND trial on adjuvant radiation therapy in early-stage breast cancer patients and evaluates neoadjuvant chemotherapy response in metaplastic breast cancer. She has presented her work at the Miami Breast Cancer Conference, the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and the New England Surgical Society.
