Requirements

Be comfortable using medical terminology and working in medical records
Be able to work and communicate well with others
Required to call/e-mail/fax medical professionals, attorney, and patients on a daily basis
Knowledge of patient software systems, Word, and Excel
Establish, maintain, and close patient charts. This may include but is not limited to following-up on missing documentation.
