The Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a Patient and Practice Ambassador that is organized, detail oriented, and ambitious self-starter who is able to work well in multiple environments to create an elevate patient experience and implement consistency, has the ability to work under pressure to execute marketing activities in the community to reach our targeted population to increase referrals and patient engagement.

Responsibilities

Engage with patients to give them an elevated, consistent experience at each office.
Capture reviews for Physicians and PAs, as well as gathering leads for testimonials.
Alleviate any patient frustration by showing empathy, compassion, and having clear communication.
Offer departmental support to keep the flow of office hours smooth and steady.
Develop and grow professional relationships with medical professionals and other key decision makers of prospective referral resources by use of but not limited to; telephone, professional organizations and social electronic media.
Understand the geographic area for the potential of creating professional referral relationships for best utilization opportunities of our physicians, programs, and services.
Contribute to the development of and/or participates in seminars and company campaigns for the benefit of obtaining prospective referral resources.
Directly assist and support marketing department personnel at key meetings with executive level audiences (expected travel around 75%) and can encompass nights and weekends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 4+ years of outreach, sales, or business development
Businesses development/outside sales experience with ability to meet monthly goals
Plastic and reconstructive surgery experience preferred but not required.
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to read physical and emotional cues- show empathy and compassion
Knowledge of Microsoft products
Ability to learn quickly
Flexible availability
Willing to travel
