I am eternally grateful to Dr. Russell Ashinoff and his partner Dr. Patel. I severed literally all of my nerves and every soft tissue with the exception of one artery. Because of the superior work these physicians did, I have use of my right hand and have returned to work as a critical care RN. Also, the nurse Micky, was very responsive to any questions that I had and nurturing as I went through the emotional changes of the healing process. Thank you to these medical professionals. Dr. Andrew Elkwood gave me my quality of life back. I have been suffering with pudendal nerve damage for over six years and tried countless doctors, treatments and medications. I thought it was hopeless until he performed nerve decompression surgery on me 18 months ago. He performed another minor surgery last month to address some of my ongoing issues. He always took his time at my appointments and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or was being difficult which is my biggest fear with doctors...that they don't listen, don't understand or downplay my concerns. Not him. He really listened and talked with me. He was very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend him. Never give up on finding the right doctor!
I was so fortunate to find Dr Elkwood and Dr lakhiani. The circumstances that led to my injuries made it impossible to find a doctor that would help me. My brachial plexus was damaged throughout my entire arm. My chest and stomach walls after a mastectomy and Diep Flap were left mutilated. I was left in so much pain and my life was completely altered. When I came to see Dr Elkwood he knew exactly what to do he was able to pinpoint exactly where the pain was coming from. He promised that he would do all he could to help. I underwent several procedures to correct the brachial plexus. I also was able to get reconstructed from the deep flap procedure both on the breast and the stomach wall. I can't express my gratitude This has been a long road with Dr Elkwood and Dr lakhiani, but they stood with me the entire time. I am finally able to enjoy my life again. I have the ability to use my arm with so much less pain. I feel more confident and more beautiful. They really put back together my broken body. I am forever grateful !
If I could give a higher rating than excellent for all aspects of my experience with Dr Herman, I would. Dr. Herman is not only a skilled surgeon, but his patience and bedside manner is extraordinary. The entire staff work together seamlessly to provide a positive experience.They made me feel comfortable, respected and safe before, during and after surgery. Even going as far as asking what music I liked and giving me warm blankets. If only I could go to this office and Dr Herman for all my medical needs, I’d be set.
I LOVE Dr Ashinoff and his staff at the plastic surgery center. I Have never felt so completely comfortable with a doctor and staff than I am there. I had a huge lipoma on my back shoulder that should have been removed years ago. I had not one ounce of pain or discomfort after.

I had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Rose a year ago; everything from start to end was smooth and flawless. His bedside manner was fantastic and my results exceeded my expectations – the day after surgery the anesthesiologist called me because in the past I’ve had issues with being very sick not so much this time around, I couldn’t be happier. The staff at the surgery center was wonderful as well – I’m looking forward to having another surgery in the future with Dr. Rose.
I recently had a upper and lower Blepharoplasty and laser treatment under my eyes by Dr, Kaufman. I am so happy with the result of my surgery. Dr. Kaufman is so Professional and made me feel so comfortable under his care. His staff at his office and the out patient surgical center was phenomenal. I would recommend Dr. Kaufman to anyone considering surgery.
My wife was diagnosed with melanoma in situ. She was referred to Dr. Rose and The Plastic Surgery Center. Naturally we were very concerned about her prognosis and outcome of her surgery. We met with Dr. Rose and his efficient, professional staff. He explained his procedure and our options for treatment.we scheduled surgery and wondered just how good the outcome would be. We followed up today for her post operative visit and was amazed at how well the results were. All of the cancer was removed and she has minimal post operative marks, that will eventually decrease. If you or anyone you love and care about is facing any issues that require a plastic surgery procedure, we would absolutely recommend Dr. Rose and the caring staff at The Plastic Surgery Center.
The best choice for a rhinoplasty! I'm so grateful for Dr. Kaufman and the entire staff at The Plastic Surgery Center. Choosing a surgeon to perform surgery, especially a rhinoplasty, is always a difficult decision to make. But, as soon as I met with Dr. Kaufman, I knew I was in the right hands. He has exceptional bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I truly felt like he understood exactly what I was looking for. It's been a little over a year since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with my results! He's the best surgeon for a rhinoplasty, hands down.
I was operated on 6/16/11 by Dr. Patel. I was very comfortable being in his care. He was kind, sincere and attentive to my questions and needs. I was pleased with the results of my surgery. When I first had my consultation visit, Dr. Patel advised me of everything that would be done and left nothing out. He also advised me that he would work with my insurance company, which was a big plus. I would recommend Dr. Patel very highly. His assistant, Deanna was a treasure, she was always there whether I called or had a visit to answer any questions I might have. Dr. Patel is lucky to have her. The rest of the staff was always pleasant, kind and cooperative to anything I might have needed. Thank you to Dr. Patel and his staff for a comforting experience.
Dr. Herman saw my daughter in the ER to stitch up a cut on her forehead. I wanted a plastic surgeon to do it given the location. The hospital originally told me someone from plastics could only be there in 5 hours. Dr. Herman was able to come almost immediately - because of him I didn’t have to wait with an upset toddler. When he arrived, he had a really calm demeanor. He was so patient and kind with both myself and my scared 3 year old. He did a great job and reassured my worries about future scarring. I know he is capable of far more than what he did for me and I would 100% recommend him.

I recently saw dr. Elkwood for gynecomastia surgery, and dont even have words to descibe my level of satisfaction throughout the entire process. Him and his team show extreme care and diligence to go above and beyond to ensure their patients recieve exactly what they intended. The results are phenominal, the knowledge and expertise they delivered is unparalleled. They were also very informative while i was undergoing the procedure by updating my wife throughout every step, and followed up cosistantly after. I highly recommend dr. Elkwood and will always be thankful for the amazing art work he performed.
In February 2011, I had basal cell cancer removed from the side of my nose right cheek. Dr. Tushar Patel of The Plastic Surgery Center performed my closure. The result is amazing. I feel there are no signs of the cancer removal or closure procedures. Dr. Patel and the entire staff at The Plastic Surgery Center were courteous and professional. My entire experience was positive. I am very pleased.
I had a very bad keloid scar down the side of my neck and behind my ear. Over two different surgeries Dr. Elkwood formulated a plan to both remove the scars and treat the area so that I would not suffer a recurrence of this issue. I cannot begin to describe the massive impact Dr. Elkwood's treatment has had on my life, not only physically, but also psychologically. I used the office for lip augmentation and I couldn't be happier. I was able to speak with the great staff and have my appointment scheduled, any questions answered, and charges explained. When I arrived at the office everyone was so sweet and made sure I was taken care of ( I was a little nervous). Dr. Patel was so pleasant and his bedside manner was awesome. The entire staff was so professional yet treated me like I was a long time friend. The office was really clean and orderly. They made sure I was sent home with a mini ice pack and provided me with a water before I left. I feel so confident now and have the lips I always wanted. Dr. Kauffman and the entire team are awesome. My Daughter recently had a mastopexy (breast lift) back in January and from start to her last visit and every question in between they were amazing. Dr. Kauffman explained the whole procedure to both of us to ease our minds and at each visit she came home reassured of the progress and happy. 4 months and she feels they look amazing and she is thrilled. His calm demeanor and relaxed personality are an asset.
After years of back,shoulder and neck pain due to heavy breasts my primary care physician suggested that I receive a breast reduction. She recommended that I make a consultation with Dr. Ibrahim. That consultation was in August of 2021. Dr. Ibrahim performed my breast reduction on July 18, 2022. I couldn’t be more pleased with the life changing outcome No more pain and my breasts look wonderful. Dr. Ibrahim is a fantastic surgeon.

I’m so grateful to Dr. Ashinoff for his excellence in his profession. He provided me with reconstructive surgery after my partial mastectomy. I’m extremely happy with the results. He is also very easy to talk to and will answer any questions (note: write them down incase you forget because I have forgotten a few). He explains things thoroughly and clearly. Many people like myself are very nervous when it comes to surgeries and he had a way of making me feel at ease through the process. I'm truly grateful for that. I'm thankful to have regained my confidence back.
I was diagnosed with paralysis of the right diaphragm, due to a phrenic nerve injury. After a search of the internet I found Dr. Matthew Kaufman was the only surgeon that appeared to be specializing in this field. After vetting out Dr. Kaufman I made an appointment. After my consultation with Dr. Kaufman he felt he could help me. I traveled from Boston, MA to New Jersey to Have Dr.Kaufman repair my phrenic nerve. The next day I was noticeably breathing better. I feel that I am on the road to recovery and for that I thank Dr. Kaufman and his wonderfully talented staff.

I wish I could give a higher rating for Dr Herman. Dr. Herman a skilled surgeon, has excellent his bedside manners, very patient w his patients. He takes all the time a patient needs explaining everything to you. His entire staff provide a positive experience. They never made me feel uncomfortable. In fact treated me as a friend rather then a patient. His nurse is always reachable and very prompt with getting back to you. I highly recommend Dr Herman and his staff!!!
I had an excellent experience at Dr.Kaufman’s office! The staff was super helpful and delightful. He is awesome. I got a cosmetic rhinoplasty with a septoplasty and double turbinate reduction back in August, and am in love with the results. I would recommend to anyone looking for a very natural cosmetic fix.
What amazed me about Dr. Ibrahim is his personal connection. He always takes the time to answer your questions and immediately responds to calls or emails. It made a tough experience much easier. His whole staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing breast reconstruction post mastectomy.

We had the best experience with the Plastic Surgery Center, particularly Dr. Herman and his excellent staff. The staff were attentive, professional and expedient.
